We received such a warm welcome from the lady who was on duty. Unfortunately, I got to the establishment late therefore
I forgot to ask for her name.
She extended her services to all equally and showed cared in her dealings. One of my memories of her: "When she went an extra mile to assist a group of Foreign national guests!! Exceptional Service!!

We visited Ocean Bay Guest House for a 2 night stay earlier in the month and it was excellent and fantastic value. Donna and the team were very friendly, the rooms were clean, fresh and very comfortable giving a good nights sleep. The breakfast was freshly prepared and all 4 of us had different dishes and each said it was delicious. If we ever go back to Port Elizabeth we will definitely book Ocean Bay again

The room was modern and had all that was required including DSTV and a kettle with tea and coffee options. Water bottles were also provided. The breakfast was also satisfying in a spacious dining room at one end of the house.
